Documents Needed to Register:
*Birth Certificate
*Social Security (For students and parent)
*Parent ID
*Immunization Records
*Physical Health Records
*IEP (if applicable)
*(High School) Official Transcripts
*Last 2 Report Cards
*Scholarship Award Letter
*Registration Packet
Step 3
We will schedule an entrance testing date. The test will normally take from 1 to 2 hours, and you will receive a response within 5 to 7 business days.
Entrance test will allow us to evaluate if PHA is a perfect fit for your child, and we can meet your child’s academic needs.
Step 4
Upon receiving your acceptance letter we will schedule an appointment with the Financial Manager to sign the Financial Contract. The Financial Contract will provide you with a detailed breakdown of any and all financial obligations.

Come and meet your new teacher(s) on Wednesday, August 7th from 3:00-5:00 pm for all Elementary students, and Thursday, August 8th from 3:00-5:00 pm for all Middle and High School students.
